Learn from friends and neighbors how to grow, make, and preserve food from your garden and landscape. This year we will have live demonstrations of how to make cheese, sauerkraut, jams and jellies, and kombucha! Also, learn about the world of bread, keeping bees, sample wild food and sagamite, a native American traditional soup, and a mini-farmers' market. The day will end with a community potluck.
