Learn from friends and neighbors how to grow, make, and preserve food from your garden and landscape. This year we will have live demonstrations of how to make cheese, sauerkraut, and jams and jellies. Also, how to make and use sourdough, cooking with wild mushrooms, wild food tasting, an Abenaki chef creating sagamite, a traditional soup, and much more. The day will end with a community potluck.
