About The Event
MLT's environment-themed Book Club will be meeting on Wednesday, November 12th at 6:00 PM! We will be reading The Lighteaters: How The Unseen World of Plant Intelligence Offers a New Understanding of Life On Earth by Zoë Schlanger.
The Lighteaters probes the hidden world of the plant kingdom and reveals the astonishing capabilities of the green life all around us (description here). We will be discussing the book in its entirety. If available, we encourage participants to attend in-person at the MLT office at Valentine Farm, though a hybrid option will be offered, as well!
