MLT IS HIRING. Mahoosuc Land Trust seeks a part-time Recreation Land Steward for 2023. The ideal candidate is a mature, outgoing, people-oriented person who can engage with visitors. The 20-hour-per-week position runs from late May to early September and includes weekend hours. Compensation is $18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience. Potential for additional paid hours of trail maintenance for the right candidate. Responsibilities include: • Engaging with preserve visitors at Step Falls • Monitoring parking capacity and directing visitors to alternate parking when necessary • Addressing maintenance needs of trails and preserves
